ATC Directory
The Host Member Directory is available in 2 formats:

1) Software Download: Club members with Windows-based computers may download our Membership Directory Software.  It is exceptionally easy to use, and does not need an active internet connection to view other Club Member listings.  In order to keep your Directory current, we post monthly updates on a secure, password-protected section of our web site.

NOTE:  The ATC software will not run on MAC systems, but we do have the directory listings available for download as RTF (rich text format) files.  These can be viewed on a MAC system with any word processor which supports the RTF format.  The directory can also be downloaded in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. 
2) Printed Directory: As a secondary option, a 3 hole punch printed directory is available.  This option includes the main directory plus 2 supplements and newsletters (April and August).  Since the hardcopy requires printing and postage costs, there is an additional charge for the printed directory.
Directory Software - Main Screen
The directory software is a stand-alone program, and will run on any Windows computer.  In designing the software, we have taken precautions to ensure our member's personal privacy.

Member information is never posted on the internet.

It is available only through the software on your computer.

Directory updates are encripted (scrambled) and accessible only to members who have our exclusive software and a valid username and password.
This screen shot illustrates how clear and simple our software is to use.

Select a member from the list with either your mouse or keyboard arrow keys, and the information for that member appears on your screen.

The host member list can be sorted by name, city, country, state, or postal code.

In addition, you can view only listings in one state or country. or search listings for keywords -  like "golf" or "Disneyland". 
For members with high speed internet access (cable or DSL), we also have several additional options:

A Map Feature which will automatically link you to Google Maps and display a map of the host's location, and driving directions.

Home Exchange--House/Pet-Sitting Screen

The member Directory also contains listings for those who need or are willing to house- sit, pet-sit, or do a home exchange with other Club members.
