Printed Directory:
As a hard copy option, a 3 hole punch printed directory is available. This option includes the main directory plus 2 supplements and newsletters (April and August). Since the hardcopy requires printing and postage costs, there is an additional charge for the printed directory. (sample listing) The Computer Directory is available in 4 formats: 1) Online Directory: You can access our secure, map based online directory from any computer with your personal username and password. Just click on one of the maps (example) to locate hosts in a desired area, or use the search function to seek out matching members. 2) Mobile App:If you have a mobile device (iPhone, Android, iPad, iTouch, Nook, etc.), you can access the ATC Directory through our secure mobile web site. With this app, you can see all of the host listings in an area by choosing from a map based navigation system. Just touch the map where you want to go to see all of the ATC listings in that country, state, or region. Click Here to see what the app looks like. 3) Software Download: Club members with Windows-based computers may download our Membership Directory Software from the Online Directory home page. It is exceptionally easy to use, and since it does not need an active internet connection to view other Club Member listings, you can load it onto your laptap and take it with you. In order to keep your downloaded Directory current, we post frequent updates on a secure section of our web site. NOTE: The ATC software will not run on MAC systems. 4) PDF Format: This is a duplicate of the printed directory in Adobe Acrobat Reader format. The PDF files can be viewed online or downloaded to your computer, and are available from the Online Directory Home Page. The Online Directory and Software Download
also contain listings for those who need or are willing to house- sit,
pet-sit, or do a home exchange with other Club members.

The directory software is a stand-alone
program, and will run on any Windows computer. In designing the software,
we have taken precautions to ensure our member's personal privacy.
It is available only through the software on your computer. Directory updates are encripted (scrambled) and accessible only to members who have our exclusive software and a valid username and password. |

Select a member from the list with either your mouse or keyboard arrow keys, and the information for that member appears on your screen. The host member list can be sorted by name, city, country, state, or postal code. In addition, you can view only listings in one state or country. or search listings for keywords - like "golf" or "Disneyland". |
