ATC Online Renewal


For 2011, ATC members may renew online and pay their membership dues
by credit card using a secure transaction method provided by PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay online, just a credit card.

The process is very simple, and you will be guided along at each step:

1) Go to the Online Renewal screen
2) Enter the email address you use for ATC
3) Click the Continue Button
4) Your current ATC information is displayed
5) Select your desired Directory format (Computer, Printed, or Both)
6) Enter any discounts which apply to you
7) Your 2011 dues are automatically calculated
8) Enter any changes to your listing
9) Click the Continue Button and confirm your renewal
10) Click the Pay Now button to pay with your credit card (North American Hosts Only)

Canadian hosts are especially encouraged to use the online payment method, since bank fees for cross-border checks have increased significantly, and these are charged directly to your bank account.

Overseas members should also use the online renewal method, as only renewals with dues will require a credit card.

Notes about Discounts:

50% Club Discounts: You may take this discount if you had an "On the Road" article in the ATC newsletter or on the web site, had an ATC article published in a newspaper or magazine, or hosted a Get-Together of 8 or more members. You must confirm with us directly that you are eligible for this discount.

Referral Discount: You may deduct $5 for each new member that you referred that actually joined ATC within the past year. You may only use each new member only one time, and must provide their name. If you referred more than one new member, enter each name on a separate line. A household or couple is still considered as one member.

Anniversary Discount: If you joined ATC in 2001, you can take your $10 - 10 year anniversary discount, provided you have not already taken it previously.

Pro-rated Discount: If you joined earlier this year, your renewal for next year will be discounted according to when you joined, at a rate of $5 per month after January. For example: February = $5, March = $10, etc.

Your renewal dues will be calculated automatically based on your directory format selection and the discounts you indicate. How easy is that?

Listing Changes: Your current ATC listing will be displayed. Indicate any changes to your listing in the space provided. Please enter changes only. Do not rewrite your entire listing.

House and Pet Sit / Home Exchange: This is optional. If you need or are willing to house/pet sit, or wish to do a home exchange, enter the information in this area. This information does not carry over, and must be re-entered for each year.

Also, don't forget to select whether you consent to being a reference for prospective ATC members, and enter how many times you hosted or were guests in the past year.

PayPal Accounts
If you currently have or previously had a PayPal account, and do not wish to use PayPal, you may have to delete the cookies on your computer. Otherwise, PayPal will want you to use your account instead of a credit card. Go to the Tools dropdown menu, select Internet Options, and Delete Cookies.
